This was my Christmas gift. Not the gift I would have chosen but definitely one I needed since my previous one died. I picked this washer because it had all the options that I would actually use. Lots of washers give you a ton of options but do you ever use them all? There isn't a fancy panel that could become defunct and cost a ton, just basic knobs to select your choices. The washer is very quiet and has a large size tub that fits anything from clothes to as king size comforter with no issues. When it rings out the clothes they feel damp, not wet which is good news for my dryer. I highly recommend this washer, you won't be disappointed.

I hate this washer

I dislike the fact that you can only use this with a water sensor and can not chose the water level! I tried to wash some steam mop pads and despite trying several settings, nothing happened until I added some old towels to the load. The water doesn`t run with the lid up so you can't rinse your detergent cup out. The cycles take forever to run! I have used very little and have had to put a service call in because water keeps dripping into the machine after the cycle has finished getting my freshly spun dry clothes all wet again.

Gets clothes really clean!

very noisy technology confusing

I brought this washer a week & 2 days ago. I only used it twice. So far so good. My clothes came out nice & clean. I love that it have a pre- soak button. No agitator so it'll be easy to wash a comforter. The washer is nice size. You can chose your water level. I was able to wash 2 loads in one. It does make noise but it bearable. Not too loud. I use to have a whirlpool cabrio. I loved that washer. I was able to do 2-3 loads in one.They no longer make them. That machine was very quiet. You wouldn't have even known it was on. This is the closest to my old washer. I'll come back later with more info.
