Fridge door came damaged and 4 1/2 months later I'm still waiting for a replacement. They ( whirlpool) are waiting on materials to make one. I've got an idea. Walk over to one you haven't sold, pull the door off and send it to me .

works just great - keeps everything cold in refrigerator and everything frozen in freezer - its easy to get things out the refrigerator and looks to be really easy to clean - also it is so easy to move the shelves into any position as it is needed

Refrigerator works well but the controls for cooling and controls for the humidity settings in the produce drawers are not very good. Recommended cooling is not quite cold enough but if we put it one more place our food freezes in the refrigerator. The controls for the produce drawers are simply a joke. The refrigerator I previously had was smaller in total size but had slightly more space inside.

I bought the Refrigerator with an extended warranty. The temperature is to warm on 2nd setting and freezes produce on 3rd setting. The door gaskets are falling off. The Extended warranty company Centricity for the last 11 days says my service request is still being processed.

I bought this recently and two things: it won™™t freeze my ice cream yet everything else is frozen no matter where l place the setting. Second thing is this refrigerator is always running despite me being the only member of the household and it™™s currently set for normal usage/cold settings

Perfect size for my kitchen, the new frig was delivered a little over a week ago, very happy with it. Good interior design and being able to move shelves for weekly meal planning is super! Cools food and drinks well - freezer is just the right size.

I would like to give this zero stars but that's not an option. The freezer has never worked. I had a technician to my house eleven (11!!) times and my food is not staying frozen. Last week was the last visit, and I woke up to all the food in the refrigerator frozen. It's impossible to get through to Whirlpool customer service. The one time I did get through it took and hour. I also tried a chat, but they ended the chat saying there was nothing more that could be done. So you guys win. I'm throwing out your refrigerator that is just over a year old. I'm sure you don't mind filling up the landfill with your appliances. You don't care much for your customers, so I'm sure you don't care about the planet. I did ask for another refrigerator but that seemed not to be an option. I would ask for a refund, but I'm sure nobody is going to get in touch with me. The amount of time I took off from work to be home for technicians and the amount of food that I have thrown out is just unbelievable. I can't believe how poorly I've been treated. So I would not recommend Whirlpool to anyone.

I've been a whirlpool customer for nearly 40 years. Dishwasher,oven, refrigerator, microwave. It's hard to find a company in this day & age that still makes appliances that are designed to last. I am forever greatful that Whirlpool still does that.

Bought this as an extra fridge for basement. Does not keep freezer cold enough at recommended temperature,
Had to raise to highest setting and still does not get below 7degrees. Refrigerator section works fine at recommended so far. No light in freezer compartment but this is a base model.

My old (1983 model) basement fridge quit working. This new fridge was reasonably priced and keeps my beer nice and cold. It also has clear shelves and drawers that make it easy to see what extras we have stored in the drawers. My wife and I are actually "waiting" to see the next utility bill figuring it will also be a bit lower!!

This refrigerator has been a nightmare ever since I bought it a little over a year ago. Has never worked properly. Doesn't come on for hours. Freezer gets up to 20 degrees. No adjusting works. If I change the setting to higher, then it freezes in the fridge area. I should have sent it back but there was trouble even in delivery. The first fridge delivered had a dent in it & had to be sent back. Then the one I got now, was a substitute because they didn't have anymore like the one originally ordered. I have to get up a few times in the night to get the fridge to come on by holding the door open.

We bought the Whirlpool refrigerator in 2025 and the loud and weird noises started very soon after. Needless to say we contacted Whirlpool and stated what the problem was weird sounds came out from the back of the fridge multiple times everyday!! We even recorded the loud noises and described the noises like a train rumbling through and lasted very long like 10 minutes plus each time! It's almost like clockwork the annoying sounds will start early in the morning and will continue throughout the day!!! Finally the repairman came and just happened the weird sounds didn't happen and the repairman said he can't fix it since no sounds coming from the fridge!!! We even let him listened to the abnormal loud sounds recorded on the device and still he insisted there's nothing he can do!!! Not even looked at the back?! All this happened within the warranty period since the issues popped up shortly after the fridge was delivered!!!
Just imagine how frustrated to have a Whirlpool appliance making all sorts of loud sounds like we're in an engine room with rumbling sounds coming from a brand new Whirlpool fridge!!! It's just unbelievable a major appliance company like Whirlpool will ignore our issues without sincerely making an effort to help their customers!!! We've had other Whirlpool products before and we trusted the brand and decided to get this particular Whirlpool to freezer refrigerator for our specific space in the kitchen. It's truly a huge disappointment and inconvenience for anyone to deal with such a lousy service and still continue to suffer from the strange and annoying loud noises come from the fridge like clockwork everyday since the fridge was purchased and delivered in our kitchen!!! Mentally and physically exhausted cos of the continuing noises generated by this particular model made by Whirlpool and the issue was reported very soon after and obviously within the one-year warranty service but shockingly the issue wasn't addressed and it's an ongoing motor issue for the fridge purchased in the summer of 2025ð£ð¤ð. Never trust the warranty offered by Whirlpool since they're so passive about their customers' complaints and continuing to suffer hearing the loud rumbling sounds coming numerous times everyday!!! It's a very scary and nightmarish product made by Whirlpool and the repair warranty didn't support what Whirlpool promised!!! Can't trust Whirlpool since they don't keep their words for defected products reported within the warranty period.

I bought this refrigerator thinking that, being a Whirlpool (I own 10 other WP appliances), it would not only have all the features that I needed but also last a long time. Unfortunately it was a piece of garbage whose compressor went out ONE MONTH AFTER THE VERY SHORT WARRANTY EXPIRED. I do not recommend this model.

I am satisfied with the refrigerator however the small top shelve broke. Attempts to reach customer service were frustrating and unsuccessful. I am supposed to receive a replacement shelf free of charge but that's hard to do when you can not get anyone on the phone to hear the issue.
I see Whirlpool operating in poor faith and I'm extremely disappointed.

It changed the relationship of sizes, but I'm getting used to it and like all but one thing. It does not provide enough tall spaces for wine bottles. There is space for milk and juices but the wine has to lie down on the bottom shelf. I have to keep a towel under it.

It's taking some time to get used to this refridgerator as it is a lot smaller than my previous. I like the ease of adjusting temperature settings, knowing if a door is open and the various compartments. I will be needing to downsize the size of my containers, but that is a good thing. Adjusting to empty nest and needing less is an adventure.

The freezer does not reach 0°F or colder™"the refrigerator hovers near 40. There is no light in the freezer, making it hard for short people to see what's inside. It hums too loudly when running. The salesman told me that Amana, which is the brand I sought, no longer manufactures refrigerators. But I saw a few Amanas in a big-box store. He added that Amana, Whirlpool, and Maytag are alike. Hmm. My older Amana lasted 30 years.

Delivered on 10/30/25 and immediately noticed a loud noise not normal for this refrigerator (have purchased many in past as I was a building maintenance technician for a HUD complex for 24 years) The first repair was done on 11/7/25 with replacing the cooling fan (did not work) Next repair 11/26/25 with me providing a recording of the noise At that time he said that he felt it was the coolant running through the lines and he could not fix it He provided a case number and asked me to follow up with Whirlpool This refrigerator is only 5 weeks old and sounding like a Keurig coffee maker at the end of brew is not exceptable for it being new but whirlpool feels it is performing properly If this product was performing as designed it would not be this noisy sounding like a hunk of junk This was bought and paid for as new, it needs to be replace ! I wish I could post a recording of the sound of this refrigerator sounding like it's falling apart ! You would surely cringe!

Working fine, but Iv'e always purchase Whirlpool products. Always last plus 20 years. Last refrigerator lasted 22 years. Only complaint would be the false promotions. Signed up and entered the free delivery and haul away, "Delivery399 Free" promotion. I was charged $10 for delivery and going to be charged $50 for haul out. I canceled the haul out and moved the old refrigerator out myself before the new one arrived, as requested by Whirlpool. Only disappointment, not honoring promo and wanting to charge more. Online ordering very confusing and time consuming. Delivery was great, way ahead of stated time, by friendly men.
