Bought two years ago......light inside refrigerator section and freezer section stopped working.......the lights are LED assemblies, not light bulbs......the LED assemblies cost ~$150 each. Check internet part reviews and find out many others have same problem with lights......obviously a design problem with it happening to so many buyers..... how do you have a product where the interior lights fail consistently within two years of purchase and cost over $200 to fix .......a light? Only buy this product if you want to have dark fridge or pay $200 every two years.

I bought this to replace a 20 year old whirlpool with identical features because it had given us such perfect service. Our power company said buying a newer one would lower our electric bill...we shall see.

I really like my new Whirlpool side-side fridge, it goes well with all my other Whirlpool appliances like my cooktop, over the stove microwave and my Whirlpool dishwasher!!! As you can see I have been buying Whirlpool products for years now. They are American Made with pride and great quality workmanship. I am a loyal Whirlpool customer and always will be !!!!

5 months of use and no problems. lighting on ice dispenser poorly designed needs complete redesign to better identify function and activation areas in darkness.

This refrigerator is quiet, and the interior LED lighting is attractive. The bins on the door are roomy. But the drawers are a bit flimsy, and the overall storage area is disappointing. It's the same cubic feet as my old GE fridge, but I have one less shelf in the fridge section and two less shelves in the freezer section. I'm reasonably satisfied and would recommend it, but with very clear warnings about the storage issue.

Excellent Appliance. Some have complained about ice going everywhere. Not if you hold the glass close. Not issues. Makes more ice than we can handle, which is so much better than the Whirlpool with the In-Door Icemaker we had before. Love it.

This side by side is everything I wanted,I believe there is more usable storage room inside,then the French door model it replaced,great icemaker holds way more than my old one did,also makes crushed ice.The led lighting inside is realy bright.This fridge is not overdone with features you don't need,it has just the right amount features that make it attractive,and usefull.I don't think you could by anything better than this model in its price range for what you get.

Was able to get the color I wanted the fridge is a good size inside for one person but bigger on the outside than it needs to be; The fridge is noisy when it runs. Never the less I am pleased with my choice.

There is a lot of wasted space due to a shortage of shelve adjustments. Also, I will add a shelf of some nature in front of the ice bucket to store small things.

We bought this model for several reasons. It is inexpensive to use. It matches our other appliances. This model is bisque and it matches our other appliances. The ice cube maker makes cubes quickly and they are smaller in size.

Replaced a 10 yr. old Refrigerator with the WRS325FDAT04 (Biscuit in color to match our existing Whirlpool appliances. The doors are sturdy and easy to open. Great access to the interior shelving. Ice maker works great, as does the water dispenser. The dispenser pad is somewhat hard to press, and would like an Auto-On dispenser light feature. The unit is quiet when compressor is running.

Hard to find a side by side refrigerator in the color bisque. Wish it had fully adjustable shelves, wish the texture was on the doors as well as on the sides, and wish there was a separate "paddle" for ice and water in the door.
