the lights started strobing when opening the door a few months ago and will be hundreds of dollars to fix. Guess I will be living with that for the life of the refrig. since it is not under warranty any longer

I bought this fridge because of my positive past experience with Whirlpool.
The quality is not what it used to be.

this is a very nice refrigerator, we don't have a water line, so it's perfect size, love the side by side room inside.

Everything happens for a reason! We ended up with this model after two other (competitor) models fell through and consider ourselves fortunate! Ample storage and well organized, which fits under 66" cabinetry. Pretty to look at too!

While this fridge is a great size for my kitchen- looks great- it arrived with a ding in the door. The drawers inside are made too cheap. The price was reasonable and incl. delivery

I bought this after a long long search for a fridge that would fit under our custom cabinets.
I was actually willing to go to the next level of fridge, but coudln't find anything that fit.
This is fine for the price.
But it's missing some basics.
An egg tray?
A shelf for the ice cube trays? (When you don't get the optional ice maker.)
The lighting is a little spare, particularly in the freezer section. There is one light in the middle, and if you fill up the top (or bottom) shelves, the light is blocked.
But functionally it's fine.

I bought this refrigerator 5 months ago and love it. Couldn't find a two door side by side refrigerator that would fit in the opening - all were two big. Went online to find two door side by side with certain height and Whirlpool name came up. Have had many compliments on the look of the refrigerator.

There is a lot of unusable space, like the little holes in the freezer door. I sure can't figure out what that could be used for. It's only room enough to put one small item. It needs a better design. I's also difficult to get water from & I have to use a canning funnel to make sure the ice goes into the glass. We live in an older house & was thankful just to find one that would fit.

Always have good luck with whirlpool. Our new house came with a 9-yr-old GE Profile. The compressor died after one year. Like this design so much better than the GE.

Wish there was another shelf in the freezer. The refer drawers are also a bit sticky and the water in the door isn't as cold as it should be. Other than those minor issues is fine...

Finish is extremely hard to keep clean I have tried multiple products and found that vinegar and water is the best. I like the drawers they close nicely and shelves are adequate. Every once in awhile will spit out an ice cube into the floor. Runs quiet.

Our former refrigerator/freezer needed to be replaced. We have a smaller sized area in our kitchen so we were limited to capacity. This is our first side by side and we were skeptical of storage. It has been a great addition to our kitchen and we have been won over. Provides exactly what we needed and then some. Perfect ! Love it !
