Everything happens for a reason! We ended up with this model after two other (competitor) models fell through and consider ourselves fortunate! Ample storage and well organized, which fits under 66" cabinetry. Pretty to look at too!

I bought this after a long long search for a fridge that would fit under our custom cabinets.
I was actually willing to go to the next level of fridge, but coudln't find anything that fit.
This is fine for the price.
But it's missing some basics.
An egg tray?
A shelf for the ice cube trays? (When you don't get the optional ice maker.)
The lighting is a little spare, particularly in the freezer section. There is one light in the middle, and if you fill up the top (or bottom) shelves, the light is blocked.
But functionally it's fine.

I bought this refrigerator 5 months ago and love it. Couldn't find a two door side by side refrigerator that would fit in the opening - all were two big. Went online to find two door side by side with certain height and Whirlpool name came up. Have had many compliments on the look of the refrigerator.

There is a lot of unusable space, like the little holes in the freezer door. I sure can't figure out what that could be used for. It's only room enough to put one small item. It needs a better design. I's also difficult to get water from & I have to use a canning funnel to make sure the ice goes into the glass. We live in an older house & was thankful just to find one that would fit.

Finish is extremely hard to keep clean I have tried multiple products and found that vinegar and water is the best. I like the drawers they close nicely and shelves are adequate. Every once in awhile will spit out an ice cube into the floor. Runs quiet.

We chose this model because it could be ordered without the chilled water and icemaker features. Also, it fits into a specific space. We would have preferred "bisque" but stainless steel is OK, just a bit "industrial" looking for a home kitchen.

We went from a unit that had the freezer on the top to a side by side. This unit was the only side by side with the right dimensions. I thought this unit would be more accessible for my husband who is in a wheelchair. Because of the three drawers on the bottom, he has trouble reaching things and the freezer is not as big as I anticipated. My next purchase will not be a side by side.

I love that the black color doesn't show fingerprints as much as other colors. The doors have the shelves that are extend too far out. They take up too much space inside the main compartment when door is closed. This is larger than my former Whirlpool refrigerator but seems much smaller due to the door shelves taking up so much space. There are only the two of us but for a family it might be too small. Would have liked for the doors to open up wider like the old refrigerator. There was no model in the showroom so had to order. Took over two weeks to get.

I was lied to and told it was 24 cubic feet. There was no floor model. I was shown a picture. When it came, it was much smaller than I expected. I kept looking everywhere for the size and couldn't find it. This is the first I saw where it said it was only 22 cubic feet and in the fine print, see that it's not even that, but only 21.57 so, no I'm not at all happy. I can't even fit a turkey into the freezer or a decent size party tray into the refrigerator. Bottom drawer is a joke it's so small and it's not at all easy to push in. And, the exterior walls are excessively thick leading to the impression of a larger interior. At least it works, but I really expected a lot more and am very disappointed.
