overall a nice upgrade to our 11 year old oven that went out; like how the digital controls for each oven are separated; nice large windows, nice bright lights (2), better insulated then our older oven; we've used both the convection and normal cooking methods, does take a long time to preheat; it fit in the built in cabinet without any issues other then had to move the older plug in electrical outlet, just hardwired it; one rack is on a rollar system really nice, wish 2 of the 3 racks for each oven had that feature. pricey but seems well built

I purchased this oven in March of 2018, but didn't receive it until last week (May 28,2018). It was delivered damaged the first time, so I had to wait 2.5 weeks to get a replacement.
It replaced a vintage turquoise 1957 Frigidaire double oven. After much research, I chose Whirpool because:
1. Of the three manufacturers who make a 24" oven in my price range, this one had the largest interior dimensions, nearly identical to my old oven.
2. It was reasonably priced (but has since increased at least 25%. Glad I purchased when I did).
3. Overall it had the
most favorable reviews and higher ratings.
It installed without a hitch. It looks great. The fan is not as loud as I was anticipating and I found the sound comforting for some reason. I did have to recalibrate the top oven, it was 50 degrees too hot! The bottom oven temperature was OK.
It's a basic oven (no real big bells and whistles), but so much more efficient than what I had. I may not be the best judge, as I had been cooking with an old relic for 6 years. Using an oven that didn't have hot spots and leak steam into my kitchen was quite revolutionary.
I baked bread for the first use. The oven was too hot and my bread was a little dry, but it will take me awhile to get to know this device and it's ideosyncracies.
So far, I am quite pleased.

Had this installed a few weeks ago to replace a Kitchen Aid double wall oven. Overall we like the oven, appearance and especially the features like true convection on both the top and bottom oven. We really like the full size door window, avoids having to open the door to check status. Some of the features (ie converting bake temp/time to convection bake temp/time) aren't fully intuitive, and requires some getting used to but that is mostly learning a new feature rich oven. We had the temp checked by a technician, and it was spot on. It initially preheats 60-70 degrees above the target to allow for door opening but once it is preheated and the door closed the temperature was spot on (within 2-5 degrees) which the technician indicated was exceptional for current ovens. We also had a bit of an issue as the cabinet was 23 3/4" deep vs. 24" which made routing the hardwired electrical cable a bit challenging and required removing a section of the back of the cabinet. No problem, just took a bit longer to install than planned.

This is a culinary piece of art that function like a Ferrari. Quick to preheat, on off cycling seems sparse whether your using convection or standard baking. The built in thermometer gets roast cooked to the perfect temperature.

Replaced an older stove with this. I've only been using this a couple of weeks but first glance it's really easy to use. Love the slide out shelves and 3 shelves per oven. Will make cookie baking a breeze!Can't wait to try this for a big dinner!

I bought this to replace a 10-year old Thermador that had a faulty display panel that was discontinued. Not welcomed on a $3500 double oven! The Whirlpool was much cheaper and had many more features.The Whirpool look looks nice, has added shelves and convection cooking on both ovens. So far has functioned fine and cooking is even. Waiting to see how well the self clean works.Would have liked to see seamless stainless steel corners. The slit corner seam creates a sharp edge. Although each oven has a cook timer, I would have liked to have a second regular timer; one for each oven. The cook timer shuts the oven off when finished (unless I am missing the instructions on how to use it). If one is cooking several trays, just would like to set a timer each time.

Great oven with simple to use control functions. Very modern look. Great lighting and gliding rack. Most reviews complain about the loud fan noise but this oven is whisper quiet compared to our old GE oven. Only issue is poor brightness on the display. Hard to read as the display is a bit dim.

Have had this about 40 days and love it. Just in time for the holidays. Both ovens are great size and features are easy to use. My only complaint is the trim is kind of cheap and doesn't really match the rest of the quality of the oven.

I bought this Double Wall Oven just over a month ago and love everything about it so far! Love that it has Convection Oven in both ovens. Hardly ever hear that . It also has a Proof setting in both ovens. I had a learning curve using the settings in the Convection mode but not a whole lot different than my previous Oven. Cooks very very evenly and the face is easy to keep clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new Oven.

Two months in and so far so good. Both ovens work wonderfully, from proofing dough to broiling meats, we have run the gambit and they have met the expectations! The cooling fan is much quieter than our previous oven. My only suggestion would be a light for each, rather than one which turns on both lights.

I was happy with first two times I used but won't work after that. Used your approved repair ASI and still broken and have been advised to wait another week for the same people to come out agsin. My own electrician looked at it today and the lower oven door latch assembly vmissing snf the control panel works only in test mode... I asked for a new oven but keep hearing your warranty policy, I've had it three weeks and it worked 2 days, so the oven is terrible and so is the service, I warn people no whirlpool products. I posted on Facebook and other people say whirlpool drugs and dishwashers bad too... Wish I knew before I spent a fortune on garbsge

What's not to love. Two full convection ovens, with built-in thermometer probes makes a perfect prime rib Everytime! My only complaint is the sound indicators are so quiet I only hear when a timer goes off if I'm in tge kitchen, I can't hear it from the living room at all.
