Finally installed this myself after sitting in box for 3 months.Looks good,like the stainless steel,works as a microwave/microhood should.I don't have an outside vent so it just recirculates/vents in my kitchen which is ok with me.The light is way too bright over the range even on low setting.Why can't this come with a 30w bulb instead of 40w?

Overall, this microwave reminds me of units of the past. It lacks many of the modern features such as quick minutes. It also doesn't seem to modulate it's temperature very well.

The exhaust fans works very well and is not too noisy!! The light underneath is very helpful. Pops popcorn very well. Other than that I do not use it.

Works very well heat things up quickly and thoroughly. Control buttons are a little disappointing. There are no express buttons such as one for one minute two for 2 minutes and so on. The program buttons For certain food such as popcorn Are so confusing to use that they're useless.

I had the Same Model of Microwave in my home. It was 15 years old when it went out. My son & I uninstalled the old one and installed the new one in under 10 minutes. Whirlpool has always provided the highest quality dependable appliances I have ever owned. Whirlpool and my Family go back generations.

I like this fairly simple microwave. But I only give it a 4 because the ™lazy Susan™ plate on the inside often moves off the base and I have to replace it back on after almost every microwave action.

This is my third whirlpool in 3 years. Only bought another one so the hook up was the same. The prior two both had electrical issues. Called customer service and was sent to safety but other than that no other offer to replace was given. This new microwave already shows steam marks when you use the hood fan .very disappointed with whirlpool

This microwave was purchased by the builder of our new home. We actually had the same model in our rental house. It looks nice and works efficiently. The controls are easy to understand and simple to operate. We have experienced no issues. We use it mostly to heat up food and water, defrost butter. We rarely, if ever, actually use it to cook food.
The touchpad and the glass behind the handle often shows fingerprints and smudges. I have discovered that a microfiber cleaning cloth quickly and easily removes them.

This microwave/hidden vent combination is superb; we are enjoying it. The control panel is very user friendly; the light over the stove below is bright and useful, and the size of the microwave's "oven" is perfect for our needs. The transition from our prior microwave has been easy to accomplish. Our new Whirlpool microwave is very attractive to look at and harmonizes beautifully in finish and appearance with the other Whirlpool appliances bought at the same time (yes, we replaced all 4 major appliances in our kitchen; they were 15 years old and "tired"!). We expect to enjoy it for a long time to come. Keep up the good work, Whirlpool!

We bought the microwave in August great features but disappointed that the covering over the control panel has bubbles under it giving the appearance that it needs to be cleaned ð™. We have a service call in to look at it next week so hopefully it can be resolved

At firs wasn't too sure if this microwave was the right replacement for our broken Samsung microwave. I am satisfied now since getting it. Haven't used all the features yet. Will surely try to use more of the features in the near future. We have no regrets.

Two things I was disappointed with:
The light is in the back of the unit which doesn't give me enough light over my pots.
I don't like that I have to put 00 after the number to cook for the amount of minutes (3 then 00)
