No Rinse Aid??

Top rack glasses, mugs, containers always come out pooled with water. I thought I'd try rinse aid...NO RINSE AID DISPENSER!!! ARE YOU KIDDING? Never heard of a dishwasher without one, you get what you pay for...JUNK.

Disappointed

I have used Cascade Platinum and Finish tablets but the tablets are not dissolving and the dishes have a coating left on them. Tried the 1 hr cycle and the Normal cycle and this problem occurs in both. Water temperature is 140F.

Don't buy

Horrible dishwasher! No place for rinse aid, dishes are always dirty even after several washes. I still have to hand wash everything after it has been through the dishwasher. Will never buy another Whirlpool and this one was the 3rd I've owned. Dishwasher is very poor quality!

It does a nice job and is relatively quiet. However, I did contact Whirpool weeks ago with no reply. I do not know where in this model you would include a rinse agent. Please let me know.

Okay- But not great

A few things I am unhappy about with this dishwasher. One is the dishes never seem to be totally dry. Most are, but a few have dampness or water on them when the cycle finishes. I have tried all cycles and always use the heated dry option. The other things are minor, the silverware holder goes inside the machine, not on the back of the door (as my last Whirlpool had), and it takes up a lot of dish space. Also, the racks are so light (cheaply made), I have to be careful sliding them in and out. The dishwasher was on sale, so the price was good at the time, but I am not thrilled with this dishwasher.
