We've had the cooktop installed for about a month. It works well. I would have preferred a matte finish on the cooktop; however, this coordinates well with our granite countertop.

I recently bought a cooktop. I had to have an installer come and cut the wood in the space where my other one was because the old one (27 years old) was smaller and is no longer made in the size I needed. But once that was done, it went in the space easily and now I have the cooktop I always wanted.

This cooktop is an upgrade from the kitchen aid - coil one I had and it's great. I had problems with the coil not staying flat/leveled and burning part of the food and I don't have this problem anymore. I'm usually very picky and i still couldn't find a negative point on this cooktop

Was looking forward to updating my kitchen. This cooktop is lovely. It works great. Really love the double ring that heats up blazing fast. Still trying to find a way to clean the top without leaving streaks. Any ideas? Have tried 2 different cleaners for cooktops. Since mine is black, it really shows streaks.

It's a good, standard cooktop. The area around the knobs is a PAIN to clean. I've used different products but it takes a while to get it looking good. All burners are very slow to heat up...except the larger non-dual size on the back left. That sucker heats up so fast I have to remember to keep it turned down much lower than I need...realized this after burning several items. I

It works fine. My issue is that the first time I turned it on, the know snapped off. My brand new home and my first time cooking. I couldn't believe how easily it broke. Push down and turn when you use them. I haven't broken one since doing that.

We bought this a month ago and are delighted with the looks and performnce. The almost instant heat is amazing. With the Whirlpool dishwasher, also bought at the same time, and the Whirlpool refrigerator, we have a Whirlpool kitchen to be proud of.
